Our client had an existing commercial building that needed to be adapted to current needs. Our services for this project included adding a staging area gravel parking lot, demolition plan, ramps to an existing building, paving, adjustment to current utilities, grading and detention.

The Forum at Denton is a 19 Acre Student Housing Complex. Our service contributions included the platting process and site civil design. Site civil design included site design, drainage, grading, parking, sidewalks, ADA compliance, storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer.
